Terms & Conditions — 777ad3 Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777ad3" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 777ad3 online casino and sports betting platform operated at 777ad3.pro and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 777ad3 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the 777ad3 platform, through which all deposits, gameplay, wagering, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 777ad3 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a 777ad3 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome, sports event result, or other eligible market available on the 777ad3 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of valid government-issued identification (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, which is the sole operating currency of the 777ad3 platform for all transactions.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to or use of the 777ad3 platform is prohibited, as determined by 777ad3 at its sole discretion and updated from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777ad3. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the platform, including account creation, gameplay, financial transactions, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.

Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is indicated conclusively by any of the following actions: creating a 777ad3 Account; making a deposit to your Account; placing any Wager on the platform; or continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published. Acceptance is voluntary — if you do not accept these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the 777ad3 platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 777ad3:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any supplementary policy or promotion-specific terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the 777ad3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You are accessing the 777ad3 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited to you personally by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory as defined by 777ad3.
• You have not previously had a 777ad3 Account closed or suspended for a material breach of these Terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

777ad3 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by 777ad3 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 777ad3 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 777ad3 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds therein, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of Account registration, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your Pakistani mobile number. You are required to notify 777ad3 promptly of any changes to your registered details. 777ad3 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account credentials. 777ad3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 777ad3 of any unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777ad3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Full KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport copy and proof of payment method ownership, is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 777ad3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, not solely at withdrawal. The platform targets a verification turnaround of two (2) business days from receipt of complete documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777ad3 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ad3 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR deposits or withdrawals. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected Cryptocurrency channels.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777ad3 Account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to two (2) business hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. 777ad3 does not impose a platform-level deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Verified Accounts can expect withdrawal processing within a few hours during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours are queued for processing on the next available working session. 777ad3 may impose a minimum withdrawal amount, which is published within the Account cashier section and updated from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same Account, subject to the limits and rules of the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Detection of such activity will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777ad3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777ad3. The following general bonus principles apply to all 777ad3 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, their first qualifying deposit.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated as a recurring or ongoing offer.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted from a balance that includes Bonus Funds.
• Wagering requirements apply to real-money wagers placed on eligible games — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 777ad3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect any bonus already validly claimed by a Player.

• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or unplayed within the validity period specified in the relevant offer terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7 Gameplay Rules & Betting

All casino games available on the 777ad3 platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and other internationally certified providers. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting a game round, 777ad3 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Incomplete game rounds resulting from disconnection are treated in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules.

7.1 Sports Betting

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777ad3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances including Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement where criminal conduct is involved:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting any third party to create additional Accounts.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or technical vulnerability in the platform's games or systems — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be voided.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your 777ad3 Account.

This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content; use any 777ad3 trade mark, brand name, or logo without prior written authorisation; or access the platform's underlying code, database, or data feeds by any means not expressly provided by 777ad3.

Any unauthorised use of 777ad3 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law, entitling 777ad3 to seek injunctive relief and damages.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad3's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your 777ad3 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ad3 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss or damage resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information, content, or data published on the platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from technical failures, internet outages, payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond 777ad3's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 777ad3's proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

777ad3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777ad3 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. 777ad3 does not sell personal data to third parties. Pending withdrawal requests submitted prior to the effective date of any amendment will be processed under the Terms in force at the time of the withdrawal request.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 777ad3 platform's operating jurisdiction.

777ad3 operates a formal complaints handling process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the platform, you are encouraged to raise it with the 777ad3 customer support team in the first instance via the live chat facility. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first-line support level, it will be escalated to the 777ad3 compliance team for review.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
